Sputnik: Russia Condemns N Korea's Nuclear Bomb Testing as Int'l Law Violation

Moscow called Pyongyang's testing of a hydrogen bomb "a clear violation of international law".

VIENNA (Sputnik) – Russia condemned North Korea’s alleged testing of a nuclear bomb earlier on Wednesday, calling it a violation of international law, Russia’s envoy to international organizations in Vienna, Austria, said.
“Russia condemns these tests as it is a clear violation of international law,” Vladimir Voronkov told RIA Novosti.
